"The part glazed front door opens into the hallway, which gives access to the guest cloakroom, kitchen, utility room and front reception room. It is worth pointing out at this point that the hallway, sitting room, dining room and kitchen all benefit from having waxed oak wood flooring, which delivers a fantastic look. The cloakroom has a part stained and Victorian style etched glass panels and contains w.c. wash hand basin, access to under stairs storage and a lovely tiled floor. A full height hallway cupboard provides for coat and shoe storage. Coming into the sitting room quite possibly the first thing you notice is the large double glazed window, which enables natural light to flood the room. A lovely coal effect gas stove occupies the wood and slate/granite fireplace. Also from the hallway you will find access to a bright utility room that has ceramic tiled flooring, a sink and drainer, plumbing for washing machine, work surfaces, a range of eye and base units and a cupboard housing the new boiler. From the kitchen access is provided to the dining room where the wood flooring has been meticulously crafted to provide a pattern and border showing off the craftsman's skills. There are not only stained glass double doors leading into the garden but also three further windows making this a lovely well lit room.

There is a double width stairway lit by a beautiful window at the top. All three bedrooms can provide for double beds, have high ceilings and are neutrally decorated. All have double glazed windows providing natural light and are indeed well lit. Bedroom 2 which overlook the rear garden has an en-suite shower room providing a walk-in shower, wash basin and w.c. as well as a Velux window. The family bathroom consists of a large bath, w.c. and hand basin. Also off the landing can be found the airing cupboard.
