"The current owners of this property have lived here for 5 years during which time they have improved and re-decorated to create a living space just ready to move into. This semi-detached house was extended prior to their ownership to provide an extended sitting room and large kitchen/dining room together with first floor alterations. The double glazed front door leads into the hall which has oak flooring, an understairs storage area and cloakroom. The double aspect sitting room has a lovely square bay and a fireplace fitted with a gas fire. The kitchen/dining room overlooking the garden, is the hub of the house and again has the wooden flooring, ample work surfaces with a good range of cupboards and drawers, an integrated Bosch dishwasher, a Range cooker with extractor over, space for appliances, wall cupboards, downlighters and door to the patio. There is a separate very large utility room with matching units and with space for a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer and a further door to outside.

The stairs lead from the hall to the first floor and the landing benefits from a sky light enabling the light to pour in. The master bedroom overlooking the garden has fitted cupboards and shelves and an en suite shower room. Here there is a shower cubicle, low level w.c., a shaped basin with storage below and polished tiled flooring.
