"Upon entering through the large double doors of the double glazed porch which provides plenty of storage room for boots and shoes, you just know that this is going to be a spacious and welcoming home. The hallway has parquet flooring and provides plenty of space and access to most of the internal rooms and has a wonderfully large obscure internal window looking into the lounge area.The guest cloakroom comes off the hallway and there is under stairs storage. Upon entering into the kitchen you are immediately drawn to the huge window at the end which gives views across the garden. This is a lovely spot for the breakfast area and benefits from the sun most of the day. The kitchen provides a range of eye and base level units, marble worktops, a stunning Villeroy & Boch sink and drainer, and there are ceramic tiles to the floor and splashbacks.
