"This interesting period property is understood to date from the 18th Century, possibly earlier, and was created from the conversion of the former oast and associated buildings. The accommodation is well proportioned throughout providing excellent family accommodation and offers a great deal of versatility. The main rooms of the house face south west which attract a lot of sun and the accommodation has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere enhanced by the many character features, including the unique dining room with carved panelling and flagstone floor and the attractive farmhouse bespoke fitted kitchen with twin plate Aga and flagstone floor. There is a separate entrance to the western end of the house with a useful guest suite or self-contained annex. The elevations are of brick and tile hanging with sealed units and double glazed windows under a tiled and slated roof. The property boasts a wonderful conservatory taking advantage of the attractive views over the grounds of approxmiately 1.25 acres.
