"A good modern detached house providing well arranged accommodation, ideal for family use. Features of note include three reception rooms, a family bathroom and additional separate shower room and a very pleasant and well landscaped garden leading into woodland to the rear.

Situation
Frensham Vale forms part of the highly regarded and pleasant, semi rural area on Farnham's southern fringe, almost midway between the town and the village of Frensham. There are a good range of local shops, school, cricket/recreation ground within about 3/4 of a mile at The Bourne whilst the town centre is within approx 2 miles.

Outside
Timber double gates lead to a gravelled parking and turning area and to a single garage with up and over door, power and light. The garden and grounds extend to in excess of 1/4 of an acre. To the front there is a level area of lawn flanked by flower borders with timber fencing and beech hedging. The bulk of the garden lies to the rear with 2 shaped areas of lawn, flanked by herbaceous borders and a variety of ornamental trees, shrubs and heather. Soft fruit garden. Steps lead up to an area of woodland.

Farnham is an historic former market town well known for its wide principal street and Georgian architecture. Farnham station provides fast trains to London Waterloo within the hour and there are good communications from here to the A3(M) at Guildford to the east and the M3 to the north via the Blackwater Valley link road (A331). From this very pleasant location there is easy access to extensive woodland, countryside and National Trust lands, including the Frensham Ponds and Commons area, providing excellent opportunities for walking, riding and country pursuits."
