"Immediately you step into the entrance hall you are struck by a delightful ambiance and this continues throughout the property. The pretty hallway has original parquet flooring, which continues into the downstairs cloakroom which has very pretty leaded light decorative windows and consists of a white WC and wash hand basin with a mixer tap. Glazed double doors lead into a fabulous double aspect front to back double reception room which is split into two well defined areas. There is wood flooring throughout and to the front there is a lovely sitting room which has a pretty bay window and a very attractive feature fireplace with a stone mantle and marble hearth. The good sized dining room has a lovely rear aspect view and glazed double doors lead onto the wonderful rear garden. The modern kitchen is double aspect and has a good range of fitted units and work surfaces and built in appliances include a double oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine and there is a glazed single door which leads to the rear garden.

The well appointed staircase leads to a good sized first floor landing where there is a lovely large window and here you will find three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The excellent sized master bedroom has an attractive bay window with a front aspect and is fabulously light, bright and airy and decorated in neutral colours. Bedroom 2 is a good sized double with wood flooring which also has a lovely bay window with fabulous views of the rear garden. Bedroom 3 will be found to the front which is a good sized single with wood flooring and all of the upstairs rooms have stripped doors. The gorgeous fully tiled family bathroom is a very good size and has a tiled floor with under floor heating and consists of a three piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath with modern fittings and a shower attachment above, a modern WC and a very smart large wash hand basin with a mixer tap which is inset into a stylish fitted unit."
