DETAILS Location is such an important factor when buying property and here is no exception. This beautiful, modern, four bedroom, two bathroom town house, simply enjoys the best of both worlds. Positioned in a small gated development of similar properties, it enjoys stunning views over Sandown Racecourse. Where else in Esher could you boast a view such as this and yet still be within walking distance of Esher mainline train station.

Like many townhouses the accommodation is spread over three floors. On the ground floor there is currently a dining room which has double doors leading to the garden.
