"Once through the door, the quality and style of all the refurbishment work our clients have carried out are immediately evident and continue throughout. On entering the spacious reception hall one is struck by a delightful feeling of warmth and comfort created by the stylish and tasteful decor.

Travertine flooring flows from the bright and airy hallway into the downstairs cloakroom and throughout the fabulous kitchen breakfast room and there is exquisite Venetian plastering of the walls of the hallway, stairs and landing. Natural light cascades through a multitude of windows in the wonderfully light, bright and airy double aspect reception room and this is a fantastic room in which to relax in. The Pi?ce de r?sistance however is the fabulous kitchen breakfast room which is double aspect and has an extensive range of quality fitted units and granite work surfaces. Built in appliances include, an Electrolux double oven, a five ring gas hob with extractor hood above, an Electrolux dishwasher, a single fridge, a separate wine cooler, an integral sink with a separate waste disposal unit and space for an American style fridge freezer. This is a wonderful room which has a large space in which to dine and entertain in and there are lovely double glazed double doors that open out onto the rear patio garden. There is a separate utility room with a selection of wall cupboards and space and plumbing for a separate washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a Baxi Megaflow boiler and the fuse box. A side door from the kitchen breakfast room leads to a good sized garage which has light and power and electric up and over doors and there is a further block paved driveway which allows space for several cars. A separate double aspect dining room/office which has an extensive range of quality fitted units complements the downstairs accommodation fully and an extremely smart downstairs cloakroom with granite tiled walls and a white WC and wash hand basin inset into a fitted unit completes the downstairs accommodation. Upstairs you will find 4 good sized doubles, all with their own fitted wardrobes and the wonderful master bedroom has an extensive range of fitted wardrobes at both ends of the room. This marvellous room also has a beautiful en suite shower room which is fully travertine tiled with a double travertine shower base and travertine floor and consists of a good sized power shower and has a white suite to include a very modern WC and wash hand basin inset into a fitted unit. The family bathroom is similarly beautifully finished with travertine tiles on the walls and floor and includes a three piece white suite with a jacuzzi bath with a shower above, a modern WC and a wash hand basin. The first floor also benefits from recently installed air conditioning."
