"Parkwood Avenue is a highly regarded, prime residential location within walking distance of Esher's mainline train station. It is a well balanced and well proportioned family home and it certainly has an enduring charm and a delightful feeling of space and solidity and this is very much evident the moment you enter the property.

All the principal downstairs reception rooms lead off the good sized hallway and we have been informed by the current owners that all these rooms enjoy Parquet flooring throughout (under existing carpets). The large and well proportioned triple aspect sitting room has a pretty feature fireplace with a wooden mantle and tiled hearth and has leaded light arched windows either side. There are double wooden glazed casement doors, that open onto the fabulous rear garden and in keeping with the rest of this beautiful home it is very light, bright and airy and is a wonderful room in which to relax in. The kitchen also has a wonderful rear aspect and has a range of fitted units and work surfaces and includes a built in Bosch double oven, a built in fridge and separate freezer, a built in electric 4 ring hob and space and plumbing for a dishwasher and a washing machine. Complementing the downstairs accommodation is a well proportioned dining room, which can be accessed from the kitchen or the entrance hall and completing the downstairs accommodation you will find a fully tiled cloakroom with a modern built in WC. The well appointed Oak panelled staircase leads to the first floor and there is an ornate leaded light window at the top of the stairs which allows an abundance of natural light.
