"This attached house offers fantastically flexible accommodation, true charm with character throughout and is located in the heart of a pretty residential area just moments from Esher station and Cranmere School. Whilst already comprehensive in size there is scope for a further extension should any family require. While the option for further space is there it is fair to say that the current accommodation is flexible and will suit the needs of various different styles of buyer, especially if requiring the fantastic local schools or a commute to London on a daily basis. The property comprises:

* Solid oak flooring in the entrance hallway which leads you through to the lovely, light and bright South facing living room with bay window and fireplace.
* Back into the hallway you will find an understairs cupboard, downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin and a large laundry room with plumbing for a washing machine and space for a dryer and the useful addition of a sink and storage cupboard.
