"The scene is set the moment you arrive outside the property with its wonderful large bay windows and black and white tiled front garden path.

Once inside, the character features continue with stripped floorboards in the hallway and an ornate stained glass front door. The good sized living room extends into a lovely bay with sash windows and further period features include a very pretty feature fireplace which has tiled inserts and a wooden mantle and a tiled hearth, a wooden floor and pretty cornicing to include a delightful ceiling center rose and there is fitted furniture either side of the fireplace. An archway leads into an equally sizeable family room that overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via glazed double doors. It too has a lovely wooden floor and fitted furniture either side of the chimney breast and these two rooms combine to make a fabulous entertaining space. The double aspect kitchen has a tiled floor and rear garden views and there is a door to side access. There is an excellent range of fitted units with granite work surfaces and fitted appliances include; an oven, a five ring gas hob with an extractor hood above and a fridge freezer. Complimenting the downstairs accommodation further is a separate dining room which can be accessed either from the hallway or the kitchen. This lovely room extends into a bay, has a wooden floor and a lovely high ceiling making this a wonderful room in which to dine. From the hallway there is a cloakroom with a wooden floor and window and consists of a white WC and a wash hand basin.

There is a separate fully tiled cloakroom with a tiled floor and a white WC. A second well proportioned staircase leads to the top floor, where again there is a lovely picture window on the half landing. Here you will find a fabulous sized double aspect master bedroom, which has a smart en suite shower room with a tiled floor and consists of a separate shower cubicle with a power shower, a pedestal wash hand basin and a WC. There is also a large walk in cupboard which has space and plumbing for a washing machine and separate tumble dryer."
