It has a tiled floor, a pretty skylight adding extra natural light and to the far end a glazed single door with access to the rear garden. The spectacular double reception room is split into two well defined areas. The exquisite and refined sitting room extends into a bay with three tall sash windows, has a very attractive open feature fireplace with a marble effect mantle and hearth, with shelving to one side and ornate, decorative ceiling moldings. The rear reception has extensive fitted furniture and shelving and a lovely feature fireplace, again with a marble effect mantle and hearth. Wooden casement doors lead to a conservatory which has a tiled floor and overlooks the stunning rear garden which can be accessed via glazed double doors and there is a further glazed door to the dining room. The elegant dining room extends into a bay with a bank of large sash windows, which overlook the rear garden.
