"Like many town houses the accommodation is extremely adaptable and is spread over three floors.

On the ground floor and to the rear of the property is bedroom 4, which has direct access onto the delightful rear garden. This room however could easily be turned into a family room, and has access to a 'Jack and Jill' style en suite shower room, which has a separate shower cubicle, a white pedestal wash hand basin and a white WC and has a further door that leads back to the hall. There is a separate utility room, which also allows direct access onto the rear garden and has a smart range of fitted units and work surfaces to include a sink and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine. A door from the hallway leads to a single integral garage which has an electric up and over door.

The light, bright neutral colours of downstairs continue throughout the property and no more so than in the well appointed sitting / dining room. This is a lovely room which naturally splits into two well defined areas. The sitting room has twin double glazed windows overlooking the rear garden and an archway leads to a comfortable sized dining area, which has its own separate door leading back to the first floor landing. The spacious kitchen breakfast room enjoys a front aspect and has double glazed double doors which lead to a small and attractive balcony. It has an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces and appliances include; a range style double oven, a six ring gas hob with extractor hood above, a built in dishwasher and a built in fridge freezer. This is a super room and has plenty of space for a good sized table and chairs. A separate cloakroom with a modern white WC and wash hand basin with a mixer tap will also be found off the first floor landing. On the second floor you will find a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely rear aspect view and an en suite shower room to incorporate a separate shower cubicle and a modern white WC and wash hand basin which are both inset into smart fitted furniture. Bedroom 2 is also a good sized double and has a 'Jack and Jill' style access to the family bathroom which also has a door leading to the second floor landing. It incorporates a three piece white suite to include a panel enclosed bath and a WC and wash hand basin with a mixer tap, which are both inset into fitted storage. Bedroom 3 is a good sized single with a front aspect."
