"This exceptional home is beautifully presented and has been extended to create a home that is suitable for any growing family. You enter via a good sized hallway, which has wood flooring. Glazed double doors lead to a fabulous triple aspect formal sitting room, which extends into a bay window. It has an attractive gas feature fireplace with a stone mantle and hearth and enjoys views over the expansive South West facing garden, which is accessed via leaded light, double glazed, double doors. The generous kitchen breakfast room has a tiled floor and overlooks the formal garden. It has an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces and appliances include; a double oven, a microwave, a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer and there is plenty of space for dining.
