"This is a sizeable four bedroom, two bathroom, detached family home, with exceptional downstairs accommodation to include a sitting room, dining room, family room, study and a kitchen breakfast room.

From the hallway glazed double doors open onto a lovely double aspect front to back sitting room, which has a very attractive cast iron feature fireplace and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors. Light, bright and airy, this is a wonderful room in which to relax. The extended kitchen breakfast room has a door to side access and is split into two well defined areas. The kitchen has an extensive range of fitted units and work surfaces and fitted appliances include a double oven, a four ring gas hob with an extractor hood above, a fridge freezer and a microwave and there is space and plumbing for a dishwasher, a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
