Also from the hallway is a glazed door which leads to a good sized kitchen breakfast room which has a front aspect. It has a good range of fitted units and work surfaces to incorporate a breakfast bar and appliances include; a double oven, a four ring gas hob with an extractor hood above and there is space for a freestanding fridge freezer and space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen is a spacious sitting / dining room, which is split into two well defined areas. The lovely sized sitting room is ideal for entertaining and the dining room is to the rear which overlooks the lovely garden, which can be accessed via double glazed sliding patio doors and these two rooms combine to make a fabulous entertaining space.
