"This superb southwest facing semi detached house measures just under 1800sq feet and is full of character. The flexible contemporary accommodation is spread over three floors, with shutters on most windows. A bright and airy hallway leads to the sitting room, and onto the stunning kitchen family dining room with bi fold doors to the patio. The kitchen has ample work surfaces with cupboards under and over; an additional feature is the island with breakfast bar. A guest WC completes the downstairs. The first floor has three bedrooms and a family bathroom and on the second floor is the principal bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Outside

Externally the southwest facing landscaped rear garden offers privacy and is laid to lawn with an array of plants, shrubs, and trees. The patio area is ideal for alfresco dining and outside entertaining. The garden benefits from side access, and there is off street parking for two cars to the front.

Situation

The property is located a short distance from the quaint village centre of Claygate which has a broad selection of local shops and amenities including a butcher, fishmonger, baker, greengrocers, pharmacy, Coop supermarket and several coffee shops.
