LOCATION The property is located on Reigate Road within the popular Nork area between Banstead Village and Epsom Town centres with their varied shopping facilities. There are schools for all age groups in the local area and Nescot College for further education is 1.6 miles away. There is an Asda superstore one mile away and many fine walks can be enjoyed within the open spaces of Nork Park and Epsom Downs. The A3 can be accessed via the Ewell-by-Pass and the M25 at the Reigate Hill interchange. Epsom Downs Station provides London bound train services. Agent Says .....
