"This classic three bedroom Victorian cottage is offered to the market chain free

Located within a mile of Epsom station and with sought after local schooling the location is ideal for the growing family. The house also has a proven track record for renting, so worth a closer look for the investment landlord. The front reception room has a feature bay-window along with a fireplace the rear reception leads onto the kitchen with a range of fitted appliances. On from that is the bathroom at present on the ground floor although lots of similar properties move the bathroom upstairs either sacrificing a bedroom or making one double and two singles. There is also the possibility of loft conversion STPP. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single room. The rear garden is about 60 foot and the house is offered chain free.

There are regular markets on Saturday and Thursday in the market place around the Clock Tower. Epsom Playhouse offers a wide range of entertainment, including films and concerts.
