Epsom town centre offer a range of restraunts, leisure and fitness facilities, the Ashley Centre shopping mall and access to the city via rail link at Epsom train station.

The adaptability enabled us to alter the room use to suit our family requirements over the years. The garden is south facing, with a flat lawn - big enough to kick a football about. We are situated in a quiet road within 10 minutes walk of the town and Epsom station, which has a good service to London for commuters. In the other direction 10-15 minutes walk will take you to Epsom Downs. Sadly, it is now time for me to downsize."
