  • An extremely large (over 1900 square feet) three double bedroom, detached family home offered for sale in a popular road in Egham town centre, with no onward chain.

    The house is located a short walk from the High Street and Railway Station. Egham has recently undergone some regeneration work including new ‘Everyman‘ cinema as well as a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. There are excellent transport links with access to London Waterloo in approximately 40 minutes and the M25, M3 and M4 close by. The property requires some modernisation but is a superb family home with a front driveway and good sized space for more parking as well as a double length garage to one side.
