"Location is everything and this is no exception as you enjoy the towpath walk along the River Thames towards Hampton Court Palace and the plethora of bistros and bars in the village.

You enter this lovely home via a stylish covered entrance porch which leads to a well proportioned entrance hall. The large kitchen breakfast room has a tiled floor and an extensive range of fitted units and granite style work surfaces and fitted appliances include an oven, a four ring electric hob with extractor hood above, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and washer dryer and there is ample space for a table and chairs. This lovely room extends into a conservatory which has a wooden floor and double glazed double doors open out onto the garden, making this a fabulous entertaining space for the whole family. There is a cloakroom off the hallway and a further door leads to an attached garage which has an electric up and over door.

Glazed double doors from the first floor landing lead to a spacious living room, which has an attractive feature fireplace and overlooks the pretty rear garden. Light, bright and airy and decorated in neutral colours it is a wonderful room in which to relax.
