"An attractive detached house situated in a convenient location in this sought after Surrey village. This lovely home has been extended over the years to provide a spacious kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. The accommodation commences with a large reception hall leading to the two main reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom and staircase to the first floor, which leads to the family bathroom and four bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Situation
The property is located on the edge of some of Surrey's finest and unspoilt countryside, it is within the village of Westcott, which provides a small selection of shops, two pubs and a village church. For more comprehensive facilities the town of Dorking lies within close proximity and provides good shopping, recreational and educational facilities together with a mainline station (Waterloo and Victoria). There are also easy road links to the M25, Gatwick and Heathrow airports and London City centre. The general area around Westcott is highly regarded for its outstanding countryside.
