"We believe the views from this house to be one of the best views in Dorking town. This secluded and elegant development lies on the south easterly edge of Dorking town and enjoys a level of privacy and space which is not often found so close to the amenities of the town centre.
The space in the house is arranged evenly over three floors with a generous amount of bedroom and reception areas. Every bedroom is serviced by a washing/bathing area, and the house has practical rooms too; a utility room and integrated garage.
The living room is one of the main features of the property and enjoys the full force of the breathtaking views over Dorking town, it even has it's own sun balcony!
The kitchen/breakfast room is large enough to eat in and has generous storage space too.
The master bedroom enjoys views again over the town, and this has it's own storage space and en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom is serviced by a family bathroom on this floor also.
The house would benefit from a general refurbishment but fortunately has the strength in it's location to justify any investment from a potential buyer.
The house is offered to the market with no onward chain.

What the Owner says:

Location, location, location! This is what attracted my family to this property, they loved the feeling of being secluded but with the benefit of being so close to the town and station. They really enjoyed the low maintenance of the courtyard garden and adored sitting on the sun balcony, admiring the views over a drink in the evening. It had the combined benefit of convenience and peacefulness.
