This house has a lot to offer. Firstly, there are 3 bedrooms, and an upstairs bathroom/wc. Secondly, there is a lounge, separate dining area and a good size kitchen. Add to this a good size garden and the fact that it is ideally situated for Waddon train station with direct links to London making that early morning commute effortless. It is also available now for a quick sale as it has NO ONWARD CHAIN

What the Owner says:

I bought this house as it had so much space on offer and i loved the fact that it was close to Waddon station meaning i could get into central London easily. What i have also found a real bonus is how close it is to the Purley Way shopping precinct! Especially now there is a John Lewis and some other great shops have opened. Due to us re-locating, it is now time for us to move on but i hope that the new owners will be just as happy here.
