"If you are looking for a versatile house with plenty of flexibility then this property should be the first on your viewing list! Extended by the previous owners, the current owners have improved and updated the house to offer, in our opinion, a fabulous and well appointed family house.

As you enter into the property there is a sumptuous living room , with an imposing bay window offering views over the landscaped frontage. The kitchen-dining room is set to the rear of the house offering excellent entertaining space. The kitchen has been comprehensively fitted with views over the garden with access via a paved patio area. In addition we have bedroom 4/study located to the front. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms; a master bedroom, and two further doubles, with all the first floor being served by the family bathroom.

The summer house at the bottom of the garden has power connected, so could be used as a workshop or study away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A family bathroom upstairs with separate shower cubicle together with downstairs cloakroom allows a family to function well together!

I’ve lived here for just over 5 years and it will be a sad day when I finally move on. My neighbours are just great, in fact the day we moved in we received 8 “welcome to your new home” cards from various neighbours in the road and some over the years have become really good friends. Neighbours aside, what first attracted me to the house and in fact caused me to make a verbal offer of the full asking price there and then was the bright open plan living space created by a fantastic rear extension leading onto a sunny garden. For those who love entertaining this is certainly the house for it – there is so much flexible living space - you really are spoilt for choice!
