In the writer's opinion this is without doubt the most attractive family home he has seen all year. This family home offers extensive accommodation over two floors suited to expanding families and perfect for entertaining.

We've lived here most happily for 25 years; testament to how much we love the home and neighbourhood. Having worked in London for the last 15 years the train journey in less than 15 minutes was a godsend. The children loved the local park, just 5 minutes away until teen years when shopping in Bromley or Croydon became more of an attraction! They still take any opportunity to return to home comforts for a weekend and although I've been thinking of moving to Sussex for 2 years I'm not looking forward to telling them |I'm selling the family home! My neighbours are quiet and friendly without ever being nosy. The house is lovely in summer with doors open to the garden or in winter with a fire in the sitting room.
