"This character property, located in the pretty village of Ewhurst and overlooking paddocks to the rear, has the potential to become a cosy and stylish family home. It benefits from being situated on a wide plot so could be extended stpp and also enjoys a south-facing rear garden.

A UPVC part glazed door opens into a light entrance porch; in turn you enter the front door and access the hall. The first door on the left is the sitting room, with picture rail and tiled fireplace; opposite this room is the second reception room, which could potentially be used as a dining room. The focal point of this room is a dark wood fireplace surround with brick inset and quarry tiled hearth.

From here you access the kitchen, comprising of a basic range of base and eye-level units and stainless steel sink with window to side overlooking the patio area. A rear lobby gives access to a modern shower room, with toilet, corner wash basin and heated towel rail. From the lobby you can also access the patio and rear garden.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two singles, all furnished with picture rails and the two larger bedrooms benefit from built in hanging space. There is a family bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet.
