"If you are looking to downsize or raise a family in a wonderful village location, this cottage style property would be ideal. With well planned accommodation and pretty gardens, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

DETAILS 42 The Drive is a wonderful property; located on a quiet road ? mile from the High Street and close to local schools, it would suit a variety of buyers. The entrance hall is an excellent size with a light and welcoming feel, and doors off to all principal reception rooms. To the left is the sitting room, with a large bay window that floods the room with light and creates a lovely atmosphere. Next is a useful study, with plenty of room for a desk and storage - ideal if you work from home, for studying or for hobbies. The dining room is located at the rear of the house, with French doors opening onto the rear sun terrace, wood panelling to the walls, and a serving hatch through to the kitchen. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room has a large range of white cabinets and drawers, wood effect laminate work surfaces, and integrated appliances including a dishwasher, halogen hob, eye level double oven, freezer and an upright fridge/freezer. There are pretty tiled splash backs, a window overlooking the garden and space for a breakfast table and chairs.
