This superb detached family home, Built by Linden Homes to their Hascombe design offers contemporary styled accommodation over two floors with the benefit of a large garden, rarely found with modern homes. The accommodation currently comprises a downstairs cloakroom, large reception hallway with solid oak staircase and principal sitting room with double doors leading onto the rear garden. The stunning kitchen/breakfast room with glazed atrium ceiling in the family area has bi-fold doors leading out onto the rear patio and has access to a separate utility room in turn with a private door leading into the double length garage. A solid oak staircase leads to the first floor, the master bedroom suite has been configured to have a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom with two further bedrooms and a family bathroom completing this floor. This particular style of property could easily be converted to having four bedrooms on this floor by utilising the dressing room, although as easily the study or formal dining room could also be used as a bedroom if required.
OUTSIDE
These properties were designed for the modern family, having a good size lawned garden with large patio area and at the front of the property is a lawned area with garden path and shingle driveway leading to the double length garage. IN OUR OPINION These properties were built with luxury in mind. The floors on the ground and first floor are of solid construction and therefore this gives the whole property an extremely homely and premium feel. The kitchen with central island is fully integrated and all the bathrooms and showers in the house are fitted with high specification sanitary ware. We strongly recommend an internal viewing to appreciate the benefits on offer as properties of this nature rarely come to the market."
