"Welcoming and light throughout with thoughtful attention to detail in each room; this is a lovely family home and as you walk through the front door you almost feel like it is giving you a hug. From the entrance hall the first door on the right opens into a charming sitting room, with deep walk-in bay, furnished with classic white shutters. The focal point of this room is a pine fire surround, with tiled hearth, currently housing a gas fire but the space could be converted into accommodating a log burner. The second door on the right leads into the spacious dining room, with window overlooking the rear garden, and in turn the sunny conservatory, furnished with a tiled floor and decorative centre inset. French doors open onto the rear terrace making this the perfect space for enjoying the garden whatever the weather.

A delightful shaker-style kitchen, with practical, quarry tiled floor, leads off the dining room. This is furnished with a comprehensive range of base and eye-level ivory units, with integrated Zanussi oven and halogen hob with extractor fan over; fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The units are topped with a beech block work surface and further complemented with a deep belfast sink. Two steps down take you into a rear lobby incorporating a useful storage cupboard, with brace and latch door, for washing machine and tumble drier. A brace and latch door opens into a stunning, double aspect, family bathroom, with stone tiled floor and furnished with a white Victorian-style suite comprising a free-standing bath with claw feet, large walk-in shower with over-sized rose, basin, lavatory and heated chrome towel rail. Access to the side terrace can be gained via a stable door from the rear lobby.

A turning staircase, with white spindles, rise from the entrance hall to the first floor accommodation comprising double master bedroom, with stripped floor boards and shutters to the window; second double bedroom with original sash window and a sunny third double bedroom with sash window overlooking the rear garden. There is also a separate, and very useful, lavatory with hand basin.

It is the finishing touches which add to this property's charm, stripped pine doors with brass furniture and original cast iron locks, deep skirtings and picture rails all complement the ambience of this lovely home."
