"This handsome house is well suited to family life. It is located in a quiet and sought after residential road, close to the centre of the village. Large Georgian paned windows flood the well-proportioned rooms with light and the accommodation is sensibly laid out with a large hallway and galleried landing at the centre of the house. The gardens are a generous size, with a decent frontage including a large driveway and a double garage.

The front door opens into a large tiled entrance hall, with a cloakroom, an open turning staircase and understairs cupboard. To the right of the hall is a study with a bay window overlooking the front garden. The sitting room is a good size and runs from front to back, with a bay window to the front and French doors leading to the patio and rear garden. A the centre of the room is an open fireplace with a gas fire and decorative surround. The dining room opens directly from the sitting room, in an open plan arrangement, with a door leading into the adjoining kitchen. This is fitted with a good quality range of limed oak units, which are in good condition. It includes a useful breakfast bar and is fitted with integral fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, a double oven and combination oven/microwave/grill. A practical stable door leads into the adjoining utility room, which has a further range of fitted cupboards, sink and worktop, with space and plumbing for washing machine and dryer. A door leads to the rear garden and another to a porch at the front, which is very useful for disrobing on a rainy day and storing boots and coats.

Upstairs, there is a large galleried landing that leads to four good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and benefits from built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom two also overlooks the rear garden and has built in wardrobes. Bedroom three is a small double and bedroom four is a good size single room; they both have built in wardrobes and enjoy a front aspect. The family bathroom has tiled walls and a white suite of bath, basin and toilet."
