"A well proportioned and deceptively spacious three bedroom semi-detached family home a short walk from Cranleigh village centre. This property does require modernization throughout but offers excellent opportunity to make your own mark on the house.

The property is situated in a highly desirable location, on a quiet and peaceful residential road. The house offers excellent accommodation over two floors and comprises of; a porch leading through to a large lounge, a separate dining room, and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage.
