"This substantial detached family home has much to offer; retaining many of its original 1920's character features, the property has been tastefully refurbished and extended with contemporary finishes to offer a spacious and stylish family home. With generous proportioned rooms the accommodation comprises; 5 bedrooms, dressing room, two bathrooms, office, dining room, lounge, family room, utility room and kitchen/breakfast room.

Stained glass panels frame the front door, which opens into a spacious hallway and tiled flooring runs throughout the entrance hall, inner lobby and contemporary downstairs WC. An inner lobby then leads to all of the principal reception rooms: The family room has a large bay window with integrated door opening to the veranda, natural wood flooring and a modern fireplace with coal effect gas fire. Hard wood doors lead into an impressive contemporary lounge, with French doors opening to the garden; the dual aspect and generous proportions of this room are ideal for all the family to socialise in and there is access to a study/office. The spacious and light kitchen/breakfast room, which would benefit from updating, is currently fitted with a range of off-white units, black laminate work-top, wood flooring and space for a dishwasher. There is a large walk in pantry and a utility room that houses the Worcester boiler and has space for washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen, glazed double doors lead into the adjoining dining room, which although currently used as an office, would be the perfect room for dining and entertaining with its red brick fireplace with tiled hearth, exposed wood flooring and large window to the garden.

A wooden turning staircase leads up to a large landing and in turn to a large master bedroom, with an en-suite shower room and dressing room. There are two further double bedrooms with views of the garden and two singles with views to the front, one benefitting from built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is fitted with a cubicle shower, bath with integral handheld shower, vanity unit with basin, bidet, WC and heated towel rail. The walls have been tastefully finished with cream wood cladding and tiled splash-backs. The landing has a large double linen cupboard and an airing cupboard."
