"This substantial and beautiful four/five bedroom semi detached house is situated in a much favoured cul de sac on the west side of Coulsdon and boasts and array of family accommodation. There is a large tandem garage, driveway and garden. Simply must be seen.

This fine home simply must be viewed.  With spacious accommodation and plenty of character, this is truly beautiful family home which is situated in one of west Coulsdon's most sought after cul de sac locations.

The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hall, study, shower room, sumptuous lounge/dining room with feature ornate fireplace and high ceilings - an ideal space for entertaining.  The hub of the house is the fitted kitchen which opens onto an orangery-style room with pitched glass roof and double doors onto the rear garden.  There is also a utility room and access to the large tandem garage which, in our opinion and subject to planning permissions and consents, could be converted to provide additional accommodation or perhaps an annexe.  There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Stairs rise to the first floor landing with four double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Outside
To the rear of the property is a secluded garden with a paved patio, lawn area, decking area with hot tub, large shed with power and light measuring 12'6 x 11'5.  The garden measures approximately 60 ft.

There is a large integral tandem-style garage which measures 30' x 13'8 and includes heating, power and light. There is loft space with access via a ladder and doors leading out to the rear garden.  In our opinion, this could be converted to provide additional accommodation, including an annexe.  There is also a driveway providing off road parking.

This semi-detached property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac position within walking distance of Woodcote Schools and about a third of a mile from Coulsdon town centre and a choice of stations at Coulsdon South and Coulsdon Town with trains to London Bridge and Victoria.  There are leisure, golf and sports clubs in the area and the M23/25 interchange is at Hooley with access to Heathrow and Gatwick airports as well as the south coast.
