"This charming four bedroom detached house built in 1912 is situated in a favoured location in Coulsdon and has many features. There is a driveway and level rear garden.

We are delighted to offer this charming four bedroom detached house which offers a great deal of charm and character and is situated within close proximity of Coulsdon South station.

The accommodation is presented over two floors which comprises an entrance hall, cellar, front aspect lounge with feature fireplace, rear aspect dining room with double doors opening onto a balcony, fitted kitchen with an adjoining breakfast with door onto the balcony.

Stairs rise to the first floor landing with four bedrooms, family bathroom and separate wc.

Outside
There are two rooms under the house. The first room is used for storage and has a separate wc, and the second room has a fitted kitchen and was used for the owners' teenage son.  The garden is level and has mature lawns, side access, shed and patio area.  To the front is a driveway providing off road parking.
