The home itself is set on an elevated position, to give you some of the most outstanding views. They will really take your breath away. The property has been in the same family for nearly three decades and has been completely redecorated throughout. It offers a stunning modern kitchen/breakfast room and great size lounge/diner with direct access to the generous sized garden, which has hosted many a great family party in those summer months.
To the front of the house there is a private drive giving you off road parking, and also a garage to the side of the house for storage of the families mountain bikes or maybe that classic car!

From when we first entered this house all those many years ago, we knew straight away that this was the house for us, and trust me we were quite picky as we had literally seen 100’s of properties before this one. I think what really graded it were the views out the back, and the fact that it is such a light open house, being south facing. The other thing that made it really stand out had to be the size, compared to others that we had seen and of course the potential to extend that we never got round to. We have had many happy years here and it will be a real shame to go, but we are confident the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
