"With a mature and landscaped garden to the front and a charming, relatively secluded rear garden with a sunny a westerly orientation, this family home impresses even prior to internal inspection. Fortunately the inside is equally impressive, with alterations made over the years which render this home even better than when it was first built. The lounge which measures approximately 16' in length is now complimented by a second reception which lends itself to a formal dining room by the virtue of it adjoining the refitted kitchen. It is however, of such generous proportion that it could easily be used as a family room or other such is it's versatility. The aforementioned kitchen much like the dining room opens directly onto a useful patio, perfect for al fresco dining while receiving the best of the afternoon and evening sunshine. The inclusion of the downstairs cloakroom has been a later addition and adds practicalities to this home which fully justifies its family home status. The pitched roof garage offers a host of storage options and now has a separate boarded loft space which would allow internal parking plus storage if so desired. Upstairs the bathroom has been tastefully refitted with a white three piece suite with floor to ceiling tiles. All three bedrooms have storage facilities, with the boarded loft offering more if required. The property is positioned in such a way that very little passing traffic occurs and serves as a reminder of the popularity of this peaceful cul-de-sac. The front aspect overlooks nothing other than the children's play area in the distance ensuring the front is as private as the rear. Overall and with one careful owner, the property is presented in excellent order - laminate flooring spans almost through the entire ground floor and with replacement double glazing throughout the new owner need not incur the cost of any remedial work. Externally off street parking for two cars and a neat well stocked rear garden complete with feature pond and 'micro meadow' further endorse this attractive proposition."
