"Description
The property was constructed by the previous owners in the early 1990?s with architectural inspiration drawn from their extensive travels around the Middle East and west coast of America. This is not only evident from the external elevations, but as you enter this truly impressive home you will be welcomed in to one of the largest open plan reception areas available. This area is further enhanced by high quality cream coloured marble flooring and a vaulted ceiling to one end.

In addition there are still the more traditional separate reception rooms that most families require and two of the eight bedrooms are on the ground floor, so can be easily adapted for a number of uses. For example the current owner uses one as a gymnasium.

The master suite here is also worthy of note, with a large sleeping area, thoughtfully designed and fitted dressing areas for both ?him & her? and an indulgent onyx bathroom. The second floor is also adaptable, as it has good natural light it could be used as an art studio or makes a very interesting bedroom suite for a teenager.

Immediately to the rear of the house there is an extensive terrace with very attractive formal gardens, ideal for entertaining. The majority of the land lies in front of the property and as it is almost entirely level, with most of the trees on the boundary it can offer a number of uses ranging from a cricket pitch (as it originally was) through to general paddocks or with some work perhaps a practice polo field.

Situation
Fan Court is a private ?estate? located just to the south of Virginia Water in a small hamlet called Lyne. Trains run from both Virginia Water and Woking to Waterloo with Woking offering extensive shopping facilities. Leisure facilities in the area are well catered for and include some of the finest golf clubs (Wentworth, Queens Wood and Fox Hills Club).
