"Dating from the 1920?s and occupying an attractive level plot in excess of 0.5 acres this four bedroom home is set in the heart of the village and benefits from a two bedroom annexe.

Downswold enjoys a prominent position in one of the area?s premier private road and sits behind electronic security gates and a large gravel driveway.  The accommodation is currently arranged as the main four bedroom house and a two bedroom annex.  The main house consists of a large entrance hall with fireplace which is currently used as a dining area.  A 26? x 17? dual aspect drawing rooms is a beautifully light space with beamed ceiling, open fireplace and double doors to the front.  A further sitting room at the back of the property enjoys views over the rear garden.  The fitted kitchen is open plan to the breakfast room and there is a separate utility room and downstairs w/c.  To the first floor there is a large dual aspect master suite with dressing room and beautifully appointed en suite bathroom.  There are three further double bedrooms and a modern family shower room.

Park View Road is a private road and one of the village's most sought after addresses.  This peaceful, leafy crescent is set centrally in the village and provides easy access to the local shop, Post Office, village nursery and school.  Woldingham station offers a regular service into London Bridge and Victoria via East Croydon.  The M25 can be accessed at Godstone providing easy access to Gatwick Airport.  The area boasts some excellent local schools and is extremely popular with young families moving out of London.

Directions:  From Junction 6 of the M25 proceed northwards on the A22, Caterham by pass. On reaching Wapses Lodge roundabout, take the fifth exit, signed to Woldingham. Continue on this road passing Woldingham Station and following the road as it bends sharply to the left and becomes Station Road. Proceed up into the village centre, after passing the Crescent of shops on your left turn right into Park View Road by the village green, Downswold is the first property on the right hand side.
