Surrey County Council accept that Camp Road is a public highway, known technically as a private street which means it is a public right of way that is maintained at the frontagers? expense.

Upon entering the property the light and large dimensions of this unique property are apparent.  The entrance hall, with its parquet flooring and lofty ceiling creates a welcoming space.  To the right of the front door there is a cloakroom and under the stairs there is a small storage cupboard. The large kitchen is accessible via the door on the right hand side.  This room, benefitting from an extension, offers space for the family to dine and enjoy the wonderful views together.  The end of the kitchen extends to the spacious utility room which in turn gives access to the patio and outside space.  The property also offers two large reception rooms ? one currently used as a sitting/dining room ? the other a more informal sitting room ? both have fantastically large windows taking full advantage of the property?s southerly position as well as gas fires.  There is a third reception room that could be used as a study or playroom.

Upstairs, there are 4 well-proportioned bedrooms.  The master at one end of the property is of excellent proportions with in-built eaves storage. There is a single bedroom located above the stairs, with views over the front of the property and there are two further double bedrooms ? both facing the rear of the property, again with the large windows that create a wonderfully bright and airy atmosphere.  At the far end of the landing there are two separate bathrooms, one of which contains access to the loft hatch.

Outside:

As you approach the property via the driveway the magnificent views of Marden Valley are immediately visible. A terrace runs the length of the property culminating in a deeper patio at the far end of the property.  At one end there is a greenhouse carefully screened by the garage and to the other, steps that lead down to the lower garden which have been carefully designed.  There are also flower beds and neat bank to the front that sets the property apart from Camp Road.  There is ample parking for up to 4 cars, plus a detached garage. The property is approximately 0.6 miles to Woldinghammainline train station.

Directions:

From Wapses Lodge roundabout take the turning marked 'Woldingham' passing underneath the viaduct bearing round to the right, passing Knights Garden Centre on the left. Take the next turning left into Long Hill bearing left into Camp Road where Gresham will be found a short way up on the left hand side.
