"On a no-through residential road close to local amenities is this beautifully presented 3 bedroom property with 2 spacious reception rooms, utility room, modern bathroom, off street parking and garage. Built in the 1920's with high ceilings and rooms of good proportions, the house has been modernised by the current owner and benefits from double glazing and a high standard of decor. There is a good sized double aspect sitting room with doors to the garden which features a gas fire with marble surround and hearth. The separate dining room is an ideal place to entertain with an archway connecting it to the kitchen which is fitted with a good range of units and integrated Stoves oven, Stoves gas hob and fridge. There is good storage including a walk-in under-stairs cupboard in the kitchen, a loft and an airing cupboard. Beyond the kitchen is a utility room with access to the garden and space for washing appliances. On the first floor is a separate WC and a modern bathroom with a power-shower, heated towel rail and stylish basin storage unit. Situation
Located in Caterham on the Hill which is a thriving residential area with local amenities within easy proximity including a supermarket, local shops and a leisure complex at The Village, the former Caterham Barracks. Caterham town centre is about 1.75 miles. Coulsdon South, Caterham and Upper Warlingham provide services to London Bridge and Victoria (with fast trains from 25 minutes). The M25 (J6) is about 3.5 miles. There are schools for boys and girls of all ages in the area and a golf course, the Surrey National, at Chaldon.
