"This stylish end-of-terrace townhouse is situated on a desirable development built in 2014 by Berkeley Homes, with excellent transport links and close proximity to Caterham's well-regarded schools and local amenities. Affording a good sense of light and space, the accommodation is arranged over three floors and features well-proportioned rooms throughout. On the ground floor there is an 18'6 ft sitting room with bay window providing a pleasant front aspect, and a bright and modern kitchen/dining room with bi-fold doors to the garden providing an appealing indoor-outdoor entertaining space in the warmer months. The modern kitchen has excellent storage with a variety of wall and base units including a breakfast bar, complemented by granite work surfaces.
