"Nestled in this quiet cul-de-sac within the Yorke Gate development is this fantastic 4/5 bedroom family residence. The owners, who have been in residence since new, have sympathetically extended this home to create wonderful accommodation to suit their needs.
The cul-de-sac of Howe Drive can be found as the first turning on the right hand side from Yorke Gate, with the property tucked back away from the communal lawn gardens.

Entering the property via the entrance hall, to the ground floor, there is a formal living room, downstairs cloakroom and the extended kitchen/dining room, which in turn provides access to the integral garage. To the first floor, there are 5 well proportioned bedrooms which are serviced by the family bathroom. We moved in 1992 from new. It has been a fantastic family home for us and our two sons. One of the main reasons for the move to this area was the quiet rural
cul-de-sac location.

Since we have been here, we have had the property extended to make it a spacious 4/5 bedroom house with new upvc double glazing throughout and have also created a new large fitted kitchen and dining room where we spend the majority of our time. It also has further scope in the loft area to once again give more space.
The area itself has a real community feel with fantastic neighbours and pleasant surroundings with easy access to local schools and shops.
