Situated in a popular and convenient location three bedroom, detached bungalow, offers adaptable accommodation as well as scope to extend, attractive wood flooring runs through the bedrooms and reception areas and the property is well presented throughout. The accommodation is currently arranged with an entrance hallway with access to a boarded loft with pull down ladder. The hallway leads through to a dining room at the heart of the property with three steps down to a rear aspect sitting room that overlooks the gardens. There is a modern fitted kitchen as well as a useful utility room. The kitchen comprises a range of modern white units with complementary work surfaces over and integrated appliances. The bathroom has been refitted by the current owners and comprises a white , three piece suite with underfloor heating. There are three good sized bedrooms, two front aspect rooms with bay windows and a third, side aspect room currently used as a hobbies room. Two of the bedrooms also benefit from built in wardrobes.

More comprehensive facilities can be found in Caterham Valley and there are regular buses nearby to Caterham, Purley and beyond. Trains to London are available from Coulsdon South, Upper Warlingham and Caterham and the M25 is approx 3 miles to the south."
