"Superior individual detached house of 3102 square feet constructed in 2009 to exacting standards, with a Southerly facing rear garden, in a well thought of private road.

Presented to the market by the present owners who built the house for themselves and in doing so ensured that every detail has been meticulously planned and finished to the highest standard, as only those that plan to live in and enjoy the fruits of their labour would do. The thought and considerations that are evident in all the rooms do indeed inspire the old estate agents vernacular; 'Must be seen to be fully appreciated!'

Stepping through the front door, the first thing you feel is the light and spacious reception hall with its hardwood floors and feature staircase leading up to the galleried landing.
