The property boasts versatile accommodation in excess of 4000 sqft over three levels and benefits from self contained annexe accommodation. Approached by an attractive covered porch, the original front door leads to the entrance hall with traditional tiled floor and boot room while a further door gives access to the bright and spacious reception hall with solid oak floor. The well proportioned living room has an open fire with a beautiful limestone surround and benefits from a southerly outlook on to the stunning gardens. Both the family room and the open plan kitchen/dining room are at the back of the property with views of the rear gardens. The bespoke kitchen offers a range of sycamore units with black granite work surfaces as well as a mobile central island with drawers, integrated microwave and built in double sockets. Further appliances consist of an American fridge/freezer and a range style cooker with 6 ring gas hob with griddle and deep fat fryer. Opposite the kitchen is the larder and the cloakroom with w/c and hand basin is adjacent. There is also a delightful garden room with a built in storage unit and an attractive glazed, arched doorway leading to the rear gardens and bbq area. The extensive ground floor accommodation continues into the study, utility room and 2nd bathroom, which could quite easily be used as a self-contained flat with it's own front door.
