"The property is set in a small gated development of similarly sized properties. With versatile accommodation over two floors, the house is very spacious and would accommodate a growing family easily.

From the hallway there is a good size livingdining room with attractive deep bay window. Off this room is family roomoffice with doors opening out to the rear garden. The kitchenbreakfast room and utility area is an open layout with a central island, plenty of storage, and full range of appliances including range cooker and American style fridgefreezer. The kitchen opens into a large southerly facing conservatory, adding to the livingeatingdining space.

There are two further ground floor rooms, previously the integral garage, giving even more living space. A downstairs wc is just off the hallway too.
