"The property sits slightly above the level of the road and is approached via a long driveway through the front garden with a turning circle in front of the house.
There is a lovely bright and airy feeling here as there are large windows and the rear backs south. The drawing room is partially open to the dining room, with both rooms able to enjoy the open fireplace and the conservatory makes for a lovely spot to enjoy the views over the rear garden throughout the year. The large kitchen breakfast room is sure to become the hub of family life and it is worth noting that the study is right next to the shower room so would be a good option if a ground floor bedroom was required.
On the first floor the principal suite is certainly generous and has doors opening out onto a balcony shared with bedroom 2 that overlooks the garden and golf course.
A very strong feature here are the beautiful gardens which are sure to be of interest to anyone with green fingers . The sun terrace, patio and summer house make for a wonderful area to entertain.
