"If you’re looking for a property in the heart of Banstead Village, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the High Street, tastefully refurbished and with very generous well-proportioned rooms, this may be the property for you!

Janet bought this spacious two double bedroom split level maisonette eight years ago. Downsizing from a large freehold property, she wanted to retain the size of rooms and village location she was used to, but realise greatly reduced outgoings.

The general layout, size and shape of the lounge, the interconnecting dining room and adjacent kitchen instantly impressed her. The feel of the living space she found visually bright and airy, due to the lounge being dual-aspect with leafy views to the front from the two large picture windows.

There is a garage to keep your car safe, communal parking outside to the front and double glazing to keep you warmer in the winter.

All in all a great property to downsize to!

What the Owner says:

I was first attracted to the maisonette because of its' location just off of the village, but still only minutes away from all the shops, restaurants and local amenities.

I have lived here for eight years and have been extremely happy, never experiencing any noise from neighbours, who are all very friendly.

I find it very spacious, light and airy here because of the large windows and, as the dining room is just off of the kitchen, it makes a really good space for entertaining.

The location is very convenient for buses and there is a lovely park nearby which I have views of from the maisonette.
